Defrosting on the
Kitchen top
METHOD
Put your fillets on a plate, cover them with foil

For Alaska pollock and For cod loins at room temperature.

TIME TO DEFROST
Like defrosting in the fridge, this depends on
how many fillets you have and how thick they are.
If you're defrosting 2-3 Alaska pollock fillets,
it should take around 3 hours.
But if you're defrosting several fillets (or thicker
fillets, like cod loin), you'll need 4 hours.
