How to

      Defrost

We see lots of people defrosting their frozen fillets

for too long. It's important for fillets to keep most
of their natural water. If you defrost for too long,
your fillets will lose water and turn dry when cooked.

In this section, we'll show you two methods for
      defrosting frozen fillets.

Whichever method you choose, remember that when
you see water on your plate, your fillets are defrosted

and ready to cook. If the fillets are protected with
glazing (frozen water), you will have slightly more water
      on the plate.
