We catch Atlantic cod, haddock, saithe, Alaska pollock and Pacific cod – and then fillet and fresh freeze them at sea, ready for our customer’s inspection. It’s how we guarantee superb taste for every single dish.

We offer fillets from MSC certified fisheries and we are one of the first to offer frozen at sea, line caught, Pacific cod fillets. Fresh-freezing at sea makes for the freshest flavours. That’s why we freeze all our fish within hours of being caught.
And it’s why we ensure all our supplier vessels are well equipped and HACCP -compliant, with clear food safety, quality standards and specifications
to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
